Terms of Sale
All bikes sold online on spherikbike.com need to be picked-up at a Spherik retailer.
It is possible that bike that is marked “unavailable for online order” is available at the selected Spherik dealer. Please verify directly with the store. Find all our dealers here.
No shipping or preparation fees will be charged to the customer.
Orders should be ready to pickup 2 to 10 business days at the selected retailer. Shipping to retailers and assembly times may vary by location.
Bikes will be professionally assembled and adjusted at the slected Spherik retailer. When you pick it up, it will be ready to ride.
Spherik reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if it is no longer in stock or if there was a mistake on our part.
Online Orders & Pick-up Process
- Select your bike
Select the bike of your choice on our website, making sure to validate the configurations and colors available, as well as the size that suits you best (size charts are available on each product page).
- Choose a Nearby Dealer
In the cart or during checkout, select the Spherik retailer of your choice to pick up your bike. They sill be sorted by distance. If you can’t find a retailer nearby, please contact us at [email protected].
- Complete the Order
Confirm your order by making your payment online.
- Get Updates
Your order will be processed, and you’ll receive another e-mail to let you know whether your bike is in transit to your selected dealer, or whether it’s in stock and being prepared there.
- Pick-up your bike
When your bike is ready, the selected Spherik retailer will contact you to schedule a pick-up time.
You will have 7 days following the date mentioned by the retailer on the telephone to pick up your order, unless otherwise agreed between you and the retailer. If you do not pick up your order within the 7-day period or the period agreed with your retailer, the retailer may charge a storage fee.
Please have a government-issued identification card with you when you pick up your order.
The bike purchased online must be in new condition.
The bike must not have been used.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of your online order.
Returns must be made via the Spherik retailer from which you picked up your bike.
Please note that $150 will not be refunded to cover shipping and handling costs.
- Go to the Spherik retailer you selected for pickup.
- If your bike is still in new condition, the retailer will ship it back to Spherik.
- Once Spherik receives it, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your claim is being processed.
- Spherik will evaluate the condition of the bike and if it is still in new condition, you will be reimbursed within 30 days of the date of the processing email.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
