Overview

Spherik offers bikes and accessories for purchase online. Here’s how the process works:

Bikes: Must be picked up at a Spherik retailer of your choice. Assembly and preparation are included at no additional cost.

Accessories: Can be shipped directly to your address (shipping fees apply) or picked up at a Spherik retailer.


Ordering Process

For Bikes

  1. Choose Your Bike Select the bike model, size, and configuration that suits you best. Size charts and additional details are available on each product page.
  2. Select a Retailer During checkout, choose a Spherik retailer where you’d like to pick up your bike. Retailers are sorted by distance for your convenience.
  3. Complete Your Order Confirm your order and make your payment online.
  4. Get Updates Once your order is processed, you will receive an email letting you know whether your bike is in stock or in transit to the selected retailer.
  5. Pick Up Your Bike When your bike is ready, the retailer will contact you to schedule a pick-up time. Please bring a government-issued ID when picking up your bike.

For Accessories

  1. Choose Your Accessories Browse and select from a wide range of accessories available online.
  2. Choose Shipping or Retailer Pickup At checkout, select either shipping to your address (fees apply) or pick up at a retailer (if purchased with a bike).
  3. Get Updates For shipped orders, you’ll receive tracking information once the package is dispatched.

Timelines

Bikes: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2 to 10 business days at the selected retailer. Shipping to retailers and assembly times may vary by location.

Accessories: Shipped orders will typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Pickup orders are ready within 2 to 10 business days at the selected retailer.


Warranty Information

Bikes: All Spherik bikes come with a limited warranty. For details, visit our Warranty Page.

Accessories: Accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.


Returns & Refunds

For Bikes

The bike must be in new condition and unused.

Returns must be made within 30 days of your online order.

Returns must be processed via the Spherik retailer where you picked up your bike.

A $150 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.

Return Process
  1. Go to the Spherik retailer you selected for pickup.
  2. If your bike is still in new condition, the retailer will ship it back to Spherik.
  3. Once Spherik receives the bike, you will get an email confirming that your claim is being processed.
  4. Spherik will evaluate the condition of the bike. If it meets the return criteria, you will be reimbursed within 30 days of the processing email.
  5. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

For Accessories

Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process
  1. If picked up at a retailer: Return them to the same retailer.
  2. If shipped: Return them to the Spherik Concept Store (return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility).

 Fees & Charges

No shipping or preparation fees will be charged for bikes or accessories picked up at retailers. However, if returned, a $150 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.

Accessories shipped directly to your address will incur shipping fees calculated at checkout.


Important Notes

Spherik reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if the product is no longer in stock or if there was an error in pricing or availability.

Orders not picked up within 7 days of notification may incur storage fees unless otherwise agreed upon with the retailer.
